Kennedy, Porter and Associates, Inc. Joins the EBA Engineering, Inc. Team
At Kennedy, Porter and Associates, Inc. (KPA), our successful track record, talented staff, rewarding client relationships, and continuing strong performance has recently attracted the attention of EBA, a respected and successful Baltimore-based engineering firm. As a result, EBA has reached an agreement with us to acquire KPA.
Our entire leadership team is extremely excited about the offer, because while ownership has changed, our company will not. We will maintain our existing leadership, client focus, and employee talent. In short, we will continue to operate in the same way you have experienced in the past, but within a new, more strategically-aligned business environment with EBA.
We will, however, operate under a new name for a temporary period of time, Kennedy Porter and Associates, Inc., a subsidiary of EBA Engineering, Inc., and will transition to EBA Engineering, Inc. in the near future. Aside from the change in name and visual identity, all else will remain the same.
