Mr. Dominelli is adept at site planning and zoning analysis and is experienced in the design of new residential and commercial structures. Such work has included numerous affordable housing developments in the New York area, two hotel complexes, and several apartment towers in Manhattan.
His particular expertise is in the adaptive reuse and repair of structures. He has worked on historically significant buildings, including Carnegie Hall and the Woolworth Building. He has a thorough understanding of Department of Interior and local historic district requirements.
