Reconstruction for Fire Damage
12 units of this garden apartment complex were damaged by fire in 2008. KPA performed an initial survey of the damage and assessment of the structural integrity of the building. We then prepared plans and specifications for the partial reconstruction of the building.
During the course of our investigation, significant structural defects in the original construction were discovered. Our design work included not only repair for fire damage but also remedial structural work to address these pre-existing conditions.
