KPA provided pro bono design services to Baltimore’s Community Mediation Center for improvements to their building in the Waverly neighborhood.
This phase of renovations, which was featured in 2008 on HGTV, included exterior improvements. The brick façade was repaired and repainted, and new moldings, windows, signs and storefronts were installed.
The entryway was reconfigured to provide for handicapped accessibility; the three steps were oriented parallel to the street and a new concrete ramp installed.
