As part of an On-Call Contract, provide structural assessment and design services for various University buildings, including:
- Inspection and assessment of the Hawkins Pedestrian Bridge. Prepare plans and specifications for emergency concrete repairs, shoring design of the existing structure and concrete sampling & testing.
- Inspection and assessment of the Glen Pedestrian Bridge. Prepare a Life Cycle Cost Analysis for various repair options, including structural retrofit or replacement with Fiber-Reinforced Plastic. Provide contract plans and specifications for deck replacement work. Construction administration.
- Inspection and assessment of the Union Garage. Provide repair recommendations. Provide construction plans and specifications for concrete and joint repair, as well as deck waterproofing.
- Inspection and assessment of the Towsontown Garage stairways. Provide plans and specifications for replacement of existing precast stair towers with new steel structures. Construction Administration.
- Provide structural analysis and design for new structural steel viewing platform at Unitas Stadium. Provide contract plans and specifications. Construction Administration.
