As part of an On-Call Contract, provide structural assessment and design services for various University buildings, including:
- Investigate and provide condition inspection of wire rope cable guard railing system at the Baltimore Grand Garage. Provide plans and specifications for replacement with new vehicular and pedestrian guard system. Construction administration.
- Provide “chain drag” sounding of concrete deck to determine size & location of delaminating concrete (potential spalls) at the Pratt Street Garage. Prepare plans and specifications for concrete and joint repairs. Construction administration.
- Provide structural assessment of failing precast concrete corbels at the University Plaza Garage. Prepare plans and specifications for structural retrofit. Construction Administration.
- Provide structural plans and specifications for structural foundation wall alterations at the Saratoga Garage. Construction Administration.
- Inspect and assess existing roof structure at the School of Social Work. Perform structural analysis to provide load limitations for proposed Green Roof.
- Provide Structural Assessment of and Repair Recommendations for campus buildings at
